One Points & Rewards FAQ
Start by logging into your account either with the person icon at the top right of the page or the ‘My Account’ link at the bottom of the page. Enter your email address and password and click login. Finally click the ‘One Points & Rewards’ link.
HOW TO REDEEM ONE POINTS
Check your available One Points then go to ‘My rewards’. Select the reward you would like that you can redeem with your points available. Once you have chosen the one you would like simply click the redeem now button.
HOW TO REDEEM REWARD COUPONS
Check your available rewards in ‘My rewards’ and select one of the rewards which have been redeemed with the apply coupon button available. Either click the apply coupon button or copy the coupon code and apply it at checkout when placing your order.
HOW REFER A FRIEND
Go to the referral link and click the Facebook icon below to share on facebook or copy the link to share anywhere you’d like. Once one of your friends make a purchase having gone through your link you will receive 10 One points
