WILL I BE HUNGRY ON THE CLEANSE? HOW WILL I FEEL?
During the first two days of your cleanse you are likely to feel the side effects of not eating any solid food. This may include hunger, tiredness, headaches and abnormal gut movements. After the 2nd day, most people report the cleanse gets much easier.
CAN I EAT WHILE DOING A CLEANSE?
You’ll see the best results if you cut out all the bad stuff. No alcohol, no caffeine, and no solid food while you’re detoxing. If you do feel the need to eat, try a light vegetable broth.
DO I NEED TO DRINK ALL THE JUICES EVERY DAY?
No. If you feel unable to finish all the juices you should not force yourself to. This is completely fine and will not impact the outcome of the detox.
IS THERE A SPECIFIC ORDER I NEED TO DRINK JUICES?
We would recommend that you drink the juices in the order specified on the previous page, but you can vary the order if you would prefer to.
DO I NEED TO FINISH THE CLEANSE?
Ideally you should finish your juice cleanse. If you feel the urge to give up early, keep going! Try do a minimum of 3-days of the juice cleanse, after which things should get easier.
CAN I EXERCISE WHILE CLEANSING?
Light exercise is encouraged.
WHAT SHOULD I START EATING AFTER THE CLEANSE IS DONE?
You should eat a light, vegan diet for the first two days after the juice cleanse, after which you can start to slowly reintroduce other food types (meat, dairy, etc) accordingly.
CAN I CLEANSE WHILST PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
All our cleanses are low calorie, high nutrient diets. As you need lots of energy whilst breastfeeding, it is not encouraged to do a full cleanse. If you do choose to do a cleanse, please please add some healthy fats like avocado.
It is not encouraged to do a full juice cleanse whilst pregnant but you should incorporate healthy juices and smoothies as part of a balanced diet.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
CAN I BUY YOUR CLEANSES FROM YOUR STORES, RATHER THAN FROM THE ONLINE STORE?
Yes, you can buy all our cleanses and make payment in either our Parkhurst or Sea Point store. Our cleanses are currently not available in our retail partners like Spar or Wellness Warehouse.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT OR DO NOT WANT TO PAY ON YOUR WEBSITE? CAN I PAY BY EFT?
Yes. If this is the case, please send us an email with your order details to email@example.com. We will then send you our banking details and amount to be paid. Once you have made the EFT, please send us the proof of payment. Once we have received PoP we will send your order out for delivery. Usual delivery times and charges apply.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE ARE NO DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR MY ADDRESS?
If you are in Cape Town, Johannesburg, or Pretoria, and your postal code is not recognised, please let us know. As a quick fix, please use the postal code 2196 for Johannesburg or 8005 for Cape Town, but keep the rest of your address the same.
However, if you are outside these areas, we do offer national delivery options to Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, George, Kimberley, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Potchefstroom, Welkom, and Witbank.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?
Delivery will occur within 3 working days of your order being placed. Delivery will happen between 09h00 – 17h00. Please ensure that someone is available at your selected delivery address to receive the delivery.

Express (48 hour delivery excl. public holidays and weekends) = R99+ to regular shipping

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY FOR COLLECTION?
For all collections, you can collect immediately after your online order has been submitted. We will pack your order in our store for you and there is no need to pre-book.
DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE THE JUICES? OR FREEZE THEM?
Yes, please keep the juices refrigerated. However, please do not freeze the juices. The packaging will not withstand the expansion in density of the juices and it will rupture. Once thawed, your juice will leak.

We are terribly sorry if you’ve had a bad customer experience and we endeavor to resolve your issue as soon as we can. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR JUICES?
Cold-pressed juice is much higher in nutrients and vitamins than normal fruit juice because it is extracted directly from raw fruit and vegetables. We do not use any additives or preservatives, and not to mention we do not add sugar. Our juices also have higher vitamin contents because we do not pasteurize our juices (which kills all the good stuff and the taste) but instead use high-pressure to kill any potentially harmful bacteria.

WHY ARE YOU USING PLASTIC BOTTLES?
We are committed to providing cold-pressed juice that is only made from raw fruit and vegetables. This means we do not pasteurise our juices or add any preservatives. Doing so would damage the nutritional content of our juices.
In order to keep our juices fresh, we have to high-pressure process our juices (which kills any potentially harmful bacteria). Unfortunately, due to the high-pressure, we cannot use glass bottles (as much as we’d love to).
Our only option is to use plastic bottles but we are actively investigating more eco-friendly options.
WHY ARE YOU USING POLYSTYRENE?
We have started to use polystyrene in our online deliveries in order to guarantee that our customers receive the freshest juice possible. Polystyrene helps to insulate our juices against heat during the delivery process, protecting the nutrients and the taste of your juice.
We went through an extensive testing process and tried a number of different options but unfortunately, no other option was up to our high standards. As a result, we are using polystyrene
One Juice will continue to investigate eco-friendly alternatives.
WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP?
We are actively committed to recycling as much of our product packaging as possible. Please feel free to drop off your empty bottles or boxes at either our Parkhurst or Sea Point store and we will take it to be recycled from there.
We are also open to new ideas for our bottles or online boxes. If you know of any new technology that can help us in our mission to become more eco-friendly, please don’t hesitate to send your suggestions to email@example.com
RETURNS / REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND / RETURNS POLICY?
One-Juice returns policy is in action 7 days from date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t accept returns and offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. One-Juice produces perishable goods and it is imperative that you contact us within 7 days from date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return and order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY
One Co. provides Express Shipping in Cape Town and Johannesburg only.
When orders are placed during the following days, Monday – Thursday. One-Juice will deliver within 48 hours from the day the order was placed. If the order was placed on Friday – Sunday, One-Juice will deliver by Tuesday.
No deliveries are made on public holidays or on weekends.
If One Co. is out of stock or unable to fulfill the delivery, the customer may request a refund of the delivery or receive free products to the same or similar value.
If every effort is made to deliver the parcels but the customer was not available to receive, then the customer forfeits right to refund.

Here at One-Juice our aim is to provide you with the best products and service to help you reach your health and fitness goals and put a smile on your face. 99% of the time we are able to reach that goal (Literally! We track the mishaps and 1 % of the time a order does not go as planned, we think this is pretty good, don’t you agree?). But of course we are still human, and mistakes can and sometimes do happen. When they do occur, we do rectify the issue as soon as possible as best we can. Our number one goal is your health, happiness and to see that smile on your face.
