What are your operating hours?

We are open 7 days a week from 08h00 – 17h00.

 

Where can I pick up?

You can collect juices from either our Parkhurst Store or our Sea Point store. Their addresses can be found on our website or on Google. Alternatively, we do deliver to your home / business.  

 

Can I exercise while cleansing?

Light exercise is encouraged.

 

Can I cleanse while breastfeeding?

All our cleanses are low calorie, high nutrient diets. As you need lots of energy whilst breastfeeding, it is not encouraged to do a full cleanse. If you do choose to do a cleanse, please please add some healthy fats like avocado.

 

Can I cleanse while pregnant?

It is not encouraged to do a full cleanse whilst pregnant but you should incorporate healthy juices and smoothies as part of a balanced diet.

 

The website shows no delivery options?

Our area coverage is linked to post codes. If your code does not work, please use 2196 for Johannesburg or 8005 for Cape Town. Alternatively, please send us an email to info@one-juice.com

 

When will my order be ready for collection?

For all collections, you can collect immediately after your online order has been submitted. We will pack your order in our store for you and there is no need to pre-book.

 

Which cleanse should I choose?

A 3-day clease is long enough to detox and lose a small amount of weight. If your primary focus is to lose weight, we would recommend either a 5-day or 7-day cleanse.

 

Is there a specific order I need to drink the juices?

When you collect your order, or when we deliver, we will include instructions that outline in what order you need to drink the juices.

 

Can I buy your cleanses from the stores, rather than from the online store?

Yes. You can buy all our cleanses and make payment in-store.

 

If I order today when will I get my delivery?

We will deliver your order within 1-3 working days.

 

What time will my order be delivered?

Delivery will be made between 08h00 – 17h00.

 

Do I need to refrigerate the juices? Or freeze them?

Please keep all your juices refrigerated and consume immediately after opening. You do not need to freeze the juices.

 

Can I eat while doing a cleanse?

You’ll see the best results if you cut out all the bad stuff. No alcohol, no caffeine, and no solid food while you’re detoxing! If you do feel the need to eat, grab some raw vegetables, fruit or a light soup.

 

What if I want to start my cleanse on a Monday?

We are open for collections for those people wishing to start on a Monday. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver early enough on a Monday for you to start your cleanse on the same day.

 

What happens if I cannot or do not want to pay online? Can I pay by a manual EFT?

Yes. If this is the case, please send us an email with your order details to info@one-juice.com. We will then send you our banking details and amount to be paid. Once you have made the EFT, please send us proof of payment (PoP). Once we have received PoP we will send your order out for delivery. Usual delivery times and charges apply.
